Oral presentation
The total time allocated for each oral presentation is 20 minutes. The presentation itself should last approximately 15 minutes, leaving around 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The language of the presentation is English.
To ensure the smooth and efficient organization of the sessions, all presentations should be uploaded in advance to the designated virtual drive. Presenters will receive a link to the folder assigned to their session at the beginning of September. To facilitate the smooth organization of the sessions, presentations should be uploaded in PPTX or PDF format to the relevant folder by September 19.
Poster presentation
Posters should be prepared in English printed in A0 portrait format (841×1189 mm). The organizers will provide the necessary supplies for attaching the posters to the display boards. Poster sessions will take place on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Presenters will have the opportunity to display their posters already in the morning on the day of their respective session. To ensure the smooth organization of the Tuesday poster sessions, presenters scheduled for the Monday session are kindly asked to remove their posters immediately after the session.
We also encourage presenters to upload an electronic version of the poster in PDF format to the conference website. After logging in to your account, please go to the Abstract submission in the For Authors tab and use the “Send new abstract” form to upload your poster. The option to upload the PDF file, which should not exceed 5 MB, is available from September 1 to September 15. Please do not use this form to submit a new abstract, as abstract submission for the conference is now closed. The form should be used solely for uploading the PDF version of a poster that has already been accepted for presentation at the conference. When completing the form, please make sure that the information entered in the Abstract title, Authors, Section topic, and Presenting Author fields is the same as in your accepted conference contribution scheduled for presentation as a poster. The uploaded posters will subsequently be available to conference participants on the website, with access opening a few days before the conference. Access to the electronic posters will be restricted to registered and logged-in conference participants and will not be available to the general public.
Uploading a poster in PDF format is not mandatory, but it is an additional opportunity provided by the organizers to present your research findings and share your work with other conference participants.
Best oral presentation and best poster competition for students/PhD students
As part of the conference, we are pleased to announce a competition for all students and PhD students participating in the conference. Awards will be given for the best oral presentation and the best poster.
We encourage all students and PhD students to make their presentations and posters engaging, original, and visually appealing, while clearly communicating the key aspects and findings of their research. Be creative, showcase your work in an inspiring way, and make your contribution stand out!
