Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed two pages.
To proceed with the abstract submission:
Download Abstract template and Copyright transfer * form.
Register for the conference. Abstract submission (online only) is possible after registering for the conference. If you are already registered, please Login to your account to submit your abstract.
Go to the Abstract Submission in For Authors tab (the form for submitting abstracts will be accessible there after logging in) and upload your abstract as a DOCX file, along with the completed and signed Copyright transfer form as a PDF file.
Uploaded files will be available on your account in section.
The deadline for abstract submission is March 15, 2026. For a full list of all important dates, please visit: Important dates & fees. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the submitting author in due course.
During the abstract submission process, authors will be asked to indicate their preferred form of presentation, and then selecting the section topic, and declare their intention to submit a full-length article for potential publication in the conference journal.
