Conference fees

 

Regular participant fee:
 

Early bird fee paid up to April 30, 2026 –  2200 PLN

Student/PhD student fee4:

The conference fee includes:
  • participation in conference sessions
  • publication of the abstract in the conference materials
  • conference materials
  • coffee breaks, lunches & dinner (on Sept. 21)
  • welcome cocktail, conference banquet & other attractions
Please note that the conference fee does not include accommodation and the cost of publication of articles in Chemical and Process Engineering: New Frontiers journal.
Note: All amounts are gross amounts exempt from VAT.

1 To proceed with the abstract submission, create an account on Registration tab, Login and go to Abstract Submission tab.

2 To proceed with the payment Login into your account and make an order on Payment tab
3 In addition to the traditional poster session, posters will be published on the conference website and will be accessible for registered participants only after logging in. More details will be provided later in Poster & presentation guidelines tab.
4 A valid document certifying student/PhD student status must be sent to the conference e-mail address okichip25@pk.edu.pl (please put ‘Certificate Your_surname’ in the subject line of the e-mail) promptly after completing the order in the system.

 

Payments

Conference registration fees must be paid via bank transfer. A pro forma invoice containing all necessary payment details will be sent by e-mail automatically after completing the registration order in the online store, which can be accessed under the Payments tab available after Login into your individual user account on the conference website. Please note that cash payments on-site will not be possible – all fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

 

Cancelation policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendees from participating in the conference. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference organizers: okichip25@pk.edu.pl.

Cancellations received up to August 15, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15, 2026, or for no-shows. Substituting a registered attendee with another person is allowed. If the replacement falls under the same registration category (e.g., Regular or Student/PhD), no additional fee will be charged. If the replacement is in a different category that requires a higher registration fee, the difference must be paid before the substitution is confirmed. Please notify the organizers in advance with the full details of the replacement attendee.
