Payment

Conference fee includes:

• participation in conferences sessions
• publication of the abstract (one per registration) in the conference materials
• conference materials
• coffee breaks, lunches & dinner  (on Sept. 21)
• welcome cocktail, conference banquet & other attractions

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

•  Create your account on  Registration tab
•  Login and book services on Payment tab

Payment methods

All amounts are gross amounts exempt from VAT. Conference registration fees must be paid via bank transfer. 
A pro forma invoice containing all necessary payment details will be sent by e-mail automatically after completing the registration order in the online store, which can be accessed under the Payments tab available after Login into your individual user account on the conference website. Please note that cash payments on-site will not be possible – all fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

Once payment is completed, the invoice will be sent by e-mail.

Refund  of registration  fee in case of the cancellation. Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendees from participating in the conference. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference organizers: okichip25@pk.edu.pl.

Cancellations received up to August 15, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15, 2026, or for no-shows. Substituting a registered attendee with another person is allowed. If the replacement falls under the same registration category (e.g., Regular or Student/PhD), no additional fee will be charged.

If the replacement is in a different category that requires a higher registration fee, the difference must be paid before the substitution is confirmed. Please notify the organizers in advance with the full details of the replacement attendee.
