Refund of registration fee in case of the cancellation. Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendees from participating in the conference. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference organizers: okichip25@pk.edu.pl.
Cancellations received up to August 15, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15, 2026, or for no-shows. Substituting a registered attendee with another person is allowed. If the replacement falls under the same registration category (e.g., Regular or Student/PhD), no additional fee will be charged.
If the replacement is in a different category that requires a higher registration fee, the difference must be paid before the substitution is confirmed. Please notify the organizers in advance with the full details of the replacement attendee.
